MINEYE will participate at the EIT RawMaterials Expert Forum: Launch of the Exploration & Mining Technologies Strategic Impact Group Network (SIGN), taking place in Seville, Spain, from 20 to 22 October 2026, as part of the VI Mining and Minerals Hall (MMH) 2026.
Organised by EIT RawMaterials, the Expert Forum will officially launch a new network bringing together key stakeholders from across the exploration, mining and mineral processing value chain, with a particular focus on the European ecosystem. The event forms part of the EIT RawMaterials Expert Forum series, which promotes collaboration, knowledge exchange and innovation across the raw materials sector.
The launch of the Exploration & Mining SIGN will feature high-level discussions and interactive sessions addressing key priorities, including technological innovation, investment, permitting, sustainability, skills development and the social licence to operate. The discussions will also contribute to defining a shared roadmap and future activities for the new network, supporting a more competitive, responsible and resilient European exploration and mining sector.
Participation in the forum is particularly relevant to MINEYE and its case studies, offering an opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the European mining ecosystem, exchange knowledge on emerging challenges and priorities, and strengthen connections between research, technological innovation and industry needs.
Through its participation, MINEYE will contribute to the wider dialogue on the future of European mining and remain connected to the networks and initiatives helping to advance more innovative and sustainable practices across the raw materials value chain.
