The Coordinator team at NGI, including also the WP4 “Tailing environmental footprints and secondary raw materials re-mining” leader Sara Kasmaeeyazdi from the University of Bologna and WP1 “Compilation, collection and management of multidisciplinary and multi-scale EO data for the entire mining value chain” and WP2 “Statistical and ML methods in greenfield and brownfield exploration” leader Thorkild Rasmussen from the Luleå University of Technology, will attend the upcoming Conference on Exploration and Exploitation of Critical Raw Materials – Focus on Northern Europe, taking place in Tallinn next month [Programme | Abstracts].
Also, Saman Tavakoli, of the Coordinator team, will present the MINEYE project in the conference session on New Exploration Techniques for CRM. This will be the first opportunity to introduce the MINEYE project to a wider, international audience.
